## Policies

- Pickup: Pickup orders are ready in about 20 minutes at Kettle Street, 418 Division St. Say your pickup code at the counter or find your bag on the shelf by the door. Nothing is cooked in this test store: every order is simulated and its status moves on a timer.
- Delivery: Delivery runs within three miles of Division St in 30 to 45 minutes for $3.99. Nothing is delivered from this test store: every order is simulated.
- Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled free of charge until the kitchen starts cooking, about a minute after they are placed.
- Refunds: Food cannot be returned. If an order is wrong or something is missing, tell us within an hour of pickup or delivery and we refund the item or remake it.
- Allergens: Every dish lists the allergens it contains: gluten, egg, soy, peanut, shellfish, dairy and sesame. The kitchen is small and shares fryers and boards, so no dish is guaranteed free of anything. Use the Avoid filter to hide dishes that contain what you avoid.
- Alcohol: Alcohol is sold only to adults 21 and over. Bring photo ID to pickup; for delivery the driver checks ID at the door and takes the drink back if nobody of age is home.
